I had a great experience at NTB getting my tire patched. The staff was friendly, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated the great customer service. I’d definitely come back for any future tire or vehicle needs. Highly recommend!

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Your website clearly advertises **$20 off an oil change**. I scheduled my appointment on **July 23** for service on **July 25**, so the promotion was available when I booked. Since I'm currently on active duty, my sister took my vehicle in for me. When it was time to pay, I had my sister remind them about the advertised discount. First, the cashier said he couldn't find the coupon. Then the story changed to, "Corporate isn't honoring it anymore." After that, it became, "Your vehicle needed an extra quart of oil." It's amazing how many excuses appeared instead of simply honoring the promotion that was still advertised on your own website. If corporate truly stopped honoring the coupon, maybe update the website instead of expecting customers to pay full price after the service is already completed. Advertising one price online and giving excuses at checkout isn't good customer service. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit. I'll gladly spend my money at a business that honors the promotions it advertises.

Excellent service from the team at NTB in Chesapeake! I’ve come here for tire services and oil changes, and every visit has been a great experience. Went in just to get a price check and ended up having a great experience. The staff was professional, upfront, and didn’t pressure anything. They took the time to explain options and pricing clearly, which made the decision easy. Ended up walking out with four new tires and couldn’t be happier with the service.
